About the Role (Business Systems Consultant)
You will be liaising in between business and implementation/technology teams. You will be gathering requirements from business and analyzing them and converting them in to functional specifications suitable for implementation/technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Gathering & analyzing requirements.
- Creating functional specifications, use cases, design documentation & design reviews
- Performing fit/gap analysis & impact analysis. Assessing impacts to upstream and downstream systems & partners
- Liaising in between business and implementation/technology teams. Providing optimal solutions. Thinking from design perspective.
- Define timeline estimates based on the requirements, complexity and available capacity
- Building test scenarios, writing test cases and executing testing.
- Preparing training material, user manuals and training delivery
Essential Qualifications
- Around 6 years of functional consulting experience in Human Capital Management Systems with expertise in two or more of the following modules of any leading HRMS product: Payroll, Time Management, Absence/Leave Management, Benefits, and Compensation.
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements, review and analysis using logic, analytical skills and creativity.
- Expertise in HRMS systems testing with experience in test scenarios, test cases preparation and execution.
- University degree either in Engineering/Technology or in Business with HR as specialization.
