- Liaise with business owners/managers and translate Business Requirements to IT initiatives in collaboration with Business Teams.
- Act as representative of IT to Business and vice versa
- Attend internal business meetings, understand their requirements and act as a bridge between business and IT to deliver end to end solution.
- Author User Stories (equivalent to traditional Business Requirement Document (BRD)), Functional Specification Document (FSD) and Process flows.
- Ensure the correct implementation according to agree user stories
- Serve as a voice to business expectations of Processes on new or already existing.
- Document the Business Process and features in a manner clearly understandable to the development team along with user stories backlog for implementation.
- Attend Project Initiatives and demo meetings to give feedback on project achievement, as well as to business team
- Contact HOD's and end users to obtain information on expected Business Processes.
- Provide reports to update management and stakeholders on Processes readiness.
- Constantly exchange ideas with business owners within an organization and identify areas that require improvements
- Improve process automation as well as value delivered to users to adjust where necessary
