Job Description:

Owns master work plan that sequences actions for business scale-up and tracks progress against plan

Monitor progress

Track and report progress against project plan to key stakeholders

Track Performance

Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track progress

Review performance of project leader against the plan

Ensure cross-functional coordination

Debottleneck problems by bringing business and functions together

Ensure cross-functional teams update design of elements

Coordinate trainings to enable project leaders to drive changes on ground

Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services
