We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Business Support Manager to oversee and enhance our operational support functions in a fast-paced Debt Collection BPO environment. The ideal candidate will ensure efficiency across various business support functions, streamline processes, and facilitate smooth operations aligned with business objectives. Immediate to 15 days OR Notice serving candidates can apply.


Key Responsibilities:


Operational Support & Process Improvement:


- Oversee and manage business support functions, including compliance, reporting, workforce management, and administration.


- Identify inefficiencies in processes and implement strategic improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.


Performance Monitoring & Reporting:


- Develop and maintain performance metrics to track operational efficiency.


- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business support operations.


Compliance & Risk Management:


- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, particularly related to debt collection.


- Implement risk management strategies to minimize business risks and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.


Team Management & Leadership:


- Lead and mentor the business support team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.


- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Operations teams to support employee needs and enhance productivity.


Technology & Systems Optimization:


- Work closely with IT to enhance and implement systems that improve operational efficiency.


- Ensure seamless integration of technology solutions to support business needs.


Stakeholder & Vendor Management:


- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external vendors to ensure seamless business support services.


- Manage contracts, SLAs, and vendor relationships effectively.


Key Requirements:


- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.


- 5+ years of experience in business support or operations management within a BPO environment, preferably in debt collection.


- Strong knowledge of debt collection laws, compliance requirements, and best practices.


- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


- Proficiency in business analytics tools and reporting software.


- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


- Strong leadership and communication skills.


- Experience with CRM and workforce management tools is a plus.
