We are an Executive Search firm based out of by the name Laksh HR Pvt. Ltd. Noida with expertise in handling assignments at Middle & Senior level management. We also cater to cross section of industries like Engg /Manufacturing, Infrastructure/Real Estate, IT, Media, FMCG & Retail, Telecom, Banking, Insurance & Financial Services.

We have been retained by our client, one the leading SCM company for as they are looking for Manager Business Support for Delhi, Chandigarh, Rudrapur Location.

Position- Manager Business Support

Qualification: MBA

Experience: 7-10 yr

CTC- 12 L PA

Location- Delhi, Chandigarh, Rudrapur

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Role Description

- Manages sales of the company’s services in within a defined geographic area, province or country.

- Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.

- Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

Key Accountabilities

- Achieve new accounts, to retain the signed accounts & also achieve the sales target.

- Responsible for monitoring the Sales activities

- Making presentations, working out proposals and closing deals.

- Developing clients and increasing business growth.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Functional Skills

- Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates contract rates and discounts in consultation with vendors.

- Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.

- Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.

- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.

- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s services.

- Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.

- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.

- Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.

- Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.

- Collaborates with Top Management to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all service lines.

- Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.

- Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging services and multi-services sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.

- Collaborates with Top Managements to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.

- Reviews expenses and recommends economies.

- Holds regular meeting with sales staff.
