6+ years of relevant post qualification experience, preferably from Consulting or Tech services industry with significant expertise in at least three of the areas listed - Go to Market, Revenue acceleration, Growth Strategy, Profitability improvement, Talent Supply Chain, Operations Transformation

- Knowledge of current technology landscape, trends and solutions

- Experience handling large consulting/technology led transformation projects

- Significant experience in business development through building of compelling proposals, value proposition for addressing client needs

- Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new processes and uncover new offerings that may assist current and prospective customer base

- Take the lead in recruiting activities

- Ensure compliance to the EY's standards, processes and policies

- Contribute to the firm's initiatives in enhancing market leadership & growth, quality, people agenda and operational excellence

- CA or MBA (preferably from a premier institute such as IIMs,SP Jain, XLRI, ISB, FMS etc.) with a good academic background
