We are hiring for one of the leading Life Insurance Clients in Mumbai.
- This job role will help the company to capture one of the biggest opportunity in Life Insurance in particular and Financial services in general- SME i.e Small and Medium enterprises.
- This role will play a vital role in overall SME Business Strategy deeply understanding and exploring the alliances which could throw some meaty access opportunities. e.g. Online platforms, Airlines, B2B suppliers, Online Loan syndication platforms, etc who are already reaching out to SMEs in a big way. This will also involve formalizing & managing tie-ups with Industry Associations.
- This role would provide for options on how the company can organize ourselves better to make the most of the SME Opportunity at hand. through structured interventions in the areas of Customer Engagement, Market Engagement, Management Engagement & Distribution Engagement perspective. Hence, Project Management & Management Reporting will be a vital component of the role to ensure that the entire efforts progresses seamlessly.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Supporting Actions
A. Build overall SME Business Strategy {Continuously refine the current SME Business Plan along with newer insights & build a comprehensive plan primarily focussing on building SME access through Alternate channels}
1. Refine & build the existing SME Plan covering key areas, management structure, financial projections, etc 2. Build a plan for tapping through alternate access channels & alliances / tie-ups 3. Operationalise these Alternate channels from closure to monetizing to effectively managing relationships
B. SME Project Management {Project Manage the execution of the SME Business Plan & its operating plan to drive results}
1. Make Project Plans with appropriate milestones, assign tasks, Monitor & track progress.
2. Organize regular status-checks with management, functional teams & SME team to ensure delivery on agreed agenda.
C. Management Reporting {Appraise key stakeholders on progress and seek buy-in and approvals}
1. Organize Presentations, Approval notes, MIS, etc for Management reporting & decision making.
D. SME Analytics - Give SME team & management continuous insights to both tactically & strategically define the direction of SME foray}
1. Help build big data at the backend by combining all the SMEs at BSLI
2. Continuously analyze data to strategically define direction & act on insights.
