Note: We are urgently looking for candidates who have experience in Corporate Strategy / Business Strategy. BFSI Industry will be preferred. Someone who can help drive business critical programs end to end. The incumbent must be business oriented and able to think through problems strategically. The incumbent must be responsive, collaborative and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Position: Business Strategy & Planning

Company : Renowned & Popular Wealth Management organization

Experience : 2- 5 Years post MBA

Location : Mumbai (Work from Office)

Qualification: Regular MBA/PGDM from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges/Institutes

CTC : 13 -15 LPA

Joining: As soon as possible

Industry Experience required: BFSI /Business Consulting/ Management Consulting , Wealth Management exposure will be preferred

Candidate must have good stability in career. Frequent job changes will not be entertained

Mandatory Skills :

Excellent communication skills & personality

Good in analytical skills

BFSI Industry will be preferred.

Responsibilities :

- Business Strategy & Planning - Candidate will be part of the Corporate Strategy group. Ability to be involved in projects shaping company's strategy. The incumbent will work closely with Business Heads and will be responsible for driving key initiatives and strategic projects as per the organisations visions and strategies.

- Help manage cross-functional strategic planning, leading conversations with key business stakeholders to develop concepts for strategic initiatives

Develop initiatives into detailed project plans including roadmap creation and resource planning

- Effectively prioritize agendas and make trade-offs between short-term and long-term needs

- Perform both quantitative and qualitative data analysis to deliver actionable recommendations for short term as well as long term strategy

- Identify, track and manage program level risks and issues. Serve as an escalation point to resolve program issues, remove roadblocks, formulate contingency plans and communicate status to programs executive leadership team

- Strong stakeholder management, project planning and execution skills to prioritise multiple tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items

- Ability to think strategically, plan meticulously and execute methodically on both strategic and operational projects

- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

- Strong attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities
