Business Strategy Lead- FMCG
Client: Leading FMCG Company
Reporting to: CMO & MD
CTC: 75 Lacs
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for conducting market/competitive/industry analysis to determine where the market is currently and where it is headed.
2. Analyze data to guide and develop business strategy, develop TAM (Total Addressable Market) models, country deep dives, develop forecasts, and develop and maintain mid- to long-term business strategy.
3. Work with product management, procurement, finance, marketing, and sales teams cross-functionally to enable product decisions on features, pricing, positioning, and innovation.
4. Contribute to initiatives in development, providing support related to shaping strategy and setting objectives for impact
5. Consult with teams with initiatives in execution to support assessment and adaptation of strategies in complex, evolving systems
6. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform learning and choice-making within initiatives
7. Manage relationships and engagements with grantees and partners contributing to strategy and strategic plan development

- Ability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive projects.
- Creative, results-driven, business-minded, and collaborative. Possess the ability to zoom from strategy to execution
- Outstanding analytical skills and a strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques.
- Superb communication skills, and the ability to comfortably interact with both partner and executive management.
