Job Responsibilities:- Strategic Advisor: Act as a strategic advisor to the Promotor & senior management providing insights and analysis. Gather evidence to substantiate recommendations on critical business matters.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs related to new product development.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and refine business strategies aligned with organizational goals and market demands.
- Feasibility Analysis: Assess the feasibility of new product ideas by evaluating technical, financial, and operational factors.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyse competitors to understand their strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning, providing insights for differentiation
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize negative impacts on the new product development process.
- Financial Modelling: Create financial models to evaluate the potential return on investment and profitability of new product initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and sales, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of new product strategies.
- Client Interaction: Interact with clients or customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and incorporate insights into the product development process.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end process of new product development, ensuring milestones are met and projects stay on track.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the performance of new products in the market, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and ensure that new products comply with applicable standards and requirements
- Advisory Role: Provide strategic advice to senior management on business opportunities, potential challenges, and the overall impact of new product development on the organization.

Education and Experience Requirements:- Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a similar field from a premier business school
- 8+ years of strong background in business strategy, market analysis, business modelling, cashflow analysis and project management
- Track record of organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Highly experienced with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analytics
Additional Information:- The role requires an overlap with the EST time-zone (typically up to 1 pm EST)
