Business Strategist & Operations Head - Home Services/Home Maintenance

- A reputed Real Estate Group is into Home Services like interiors, construction, renovation, Home Maintenance, a new start up division at Chennai.

- The Incumbent must have Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience for the position of Senior Manager Role at Chennai for Home Services Division (House Joy Services, Urban Clap type of companies etc) with relevant experience would be advantage.

- The incumbent would be responsible in running the entire operations including sales and planning revenue. Also would be responsible to build a team and train the professionals.

- An MBA from Reputed Institute/University and work exposure in Chennai or any Metropolitan cities would be ideal from Home Services segment.

- Must have good contacts to hire skilled personnel for services of plumbing, carpentry, interior decoration, electrician etc and also business contacts for scaling the Sales and Operations.

- Must be willing to join immediately. Those willing to relocate can also be considered.

Salary is not a constraint and Negotiable.
