Job Requirements:

- Qualification: B.Sc./ M.Sc.(Chemistry)/ (Biotechnology) / B.E. (Chemicals/ Biotech)/ B.Pharm + MBA / PGDBM

- Experience: Min. 2-3 yrs exp. in Sales of Consumables / Laboratory instruments/ diagnostic products/ chromatography systems/ lab chemicals/ industrial filters etc.

- Should have good interpersonal skills, sales skills and negotiation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Related

- Selling of the entire downstream process range of products like filters, Tangential flow filtration system, cassettes, consumables like chromatography media, buffer filters.

- Continually monitoring sales performance to ensure all customer orders are realized internally and delivered in line with customer expectations

- Development of new customer accounts. Generate new leads by identifying opportunities, promoting the interests of products. Achieve/exceed sales objectives.

- Providing the customers with all necessary pre and after sales support, quotations, systems design, running cost calculations.

Process and Customer Interface Related

- To interact with customers, understand the needs and positioning of the products of the company as per his requirements.

- Maintaining and updating customer information and leads management programmes

- Collections management (C form, D form)
