Primary Responsibilities :

The RxClaim Business analyst will have the following responsibilities.

- Business Analyst for RxClaims include examining and clarifying business requirements with Business

- Responsible for initial solution design by working interactively with Architect and Development resources via group work sessions

- Work in the analysis phase of the system development cycle and consult with users to evaluate business requirements, identify operating procedures, evaluate existing or proposed systems, and resolve any queries related to business functions

- Responsible for defining the business processes.

- Support QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc.

Skill Set :

- System Analysis/Business Analysis- experience on RxClaims

- Experience/ knowledge/understanding of PBM domain.

- Understand Claim process with healthcare and specifically PBM.

- Understanding of Requirement gathering/analysis

- Knowledge/Experience on working all the phases of Software Development Life Cycle

- Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access )

- Experienced in creating business Flow Diagrams, Use Cases, Use Case Diagrams,

- Extensive experience in modeling the AS IS and TO BE solutions.- Strong facilitation skills to gain customer requirements

- Good communication and presentation skills

Educational Qualifications : B.E/MCA/B.Tech / MTECH /MS Graduation (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).
