- To provide support in the discussions of conflicting priorities of diverse stakeholders in order to bring about prioritized & time bound change

- Execute process Re-engineering techniques to remove the non value adds to transform processes and bring in cost, time quality efficiencies

- Plan, track and manage process improvement projects from start to end to make process more efficient.

- Effectively drive document change management and thereby facilitate operations audit by ensuring timely updation of process manuals

- Review process maturity, efficiency, benchmark process practice and leverage requirements for business intelligence

- Facilitate delivery of projects and strategic initiative of management
