Business Solution Group Role - Testing CoE & Governance

- Testing CoE & Governance BSG team plays a very critical role in BSG Unit for setting up of governance framework across projects and Test management activities. Scope of support spans across all BSG business verticals

- This is an important position comprehending end to end project, Test, and cost governance for BSG department.

- End to end Project, Test, and cost governance across BSG department.

- Management YoY department budget

- Drive department level initiatives in coordination with BSG business verticals and other departments.

- Defining, maintaining, and ensuring adherence of project and test guidelines across BSG department.

- Conduct process awareness trainings and audits.

- Support large critical project across testing phases including defining test strategy, review test cases, monitor test execution and help in prioritization of defects fixing etc.

- Monitor testing resources alignment and productivity.

- Work with BSG SPOC and Vendor partner lead to handle testing resources engagement and escalations.

- Work with vendor partners for testing resource onboarding, escalations, billing invoices and payments.

- Driving business critical initiative like - Automation framework and test script creation including maintenance

- Test lab for Mobile and Browsers

- Test management tool implementation, monitored adoptions and data correctness across projects.

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

Knowledge:

- Experience in end-to-end Project and test management

- Experience in cost management - Budget preparation, Billing, and invoices

- Experience of handling larger program test management activities.

- Experience in any automation tools and setting up automation frameworks.

- Experience in handling team of 150 to 200 resources.

Skills:

- Effective in managing stake holders (Internal & External)/ Vendor Management

- Hands-on approach and Can-do attitude

Abilities:

- Ability to work effectively across functions and demonstrated ability to perform under stringent timelines.

- Ability to prioritize and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals

- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
