Consultant (Incharge) - Business Risk & Assurance

Position : Consultant (Incharge)

Incharge, as the name suggests, is Incharge of a project, wherein his primary responsibility is to facilitate effective execution of the project as per Protiviti methodologies and quality standards.

- While an Incharge gets guidance from the Engagement Manager, this role leads the team on client location and has direct, client-facing assignment responsibilities and therefore, responsibility for client satisfaction.

He/she would be responsible for ensuring excellent quality of deliverable and client relationship management.

EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS

- Chartered Accountant

- Articleship in atleast mid sized CA firms with a strong audit background. Internal audit experience preferred.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

- Understanding of current accounting principals

- Understanding of internal control concepts (COSO, COBIT) –statutory audit guys might not have this knowledge

- Knowledge of auditing processes and methodologies, including flowcharting

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite application

- Good written communication skills including documentation of findings and recommendations

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Must be able to handle highly confidential information in a strictly professional manner

- Must be able to maintain professional demeanor in times of high stress

ABILITY TO TRAVEL

- The job requires extensive traveling.
