We have been mandated for the below mentioned position by a large global conglomerate in diversified Business.

Position Name: BRC- Business Review Council- strategy Planning

Location: Nagda, Madhya Pradesh

Qualification : CA

Experience : 2 - 4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

To prepare a first line analysis of Business presentations for BRC Advisor for discussion during BRC meetings.

The BRC Process comprises of:

(a) Quarterly Review

(i) To study quarterly presentations from different BRC business covering , Performance details, Strategic development, & Capex.

(ii) To prepare BRC Observations relating to performance deviation and critical issues in strategic developments

(iii) To prepare draft review note for internal finalization.

(b) Planning & Budgeting:

(i) Study P&B presentations sent by Business

(ii) To prepare BRC observations for internal finalization of our view before discussions with the

Business in review meetings.

(iii) Capex

2. Occupier related role:

(i) To maintain basic data base for safety and sustainability for all the units under Company.

(ii) To summaries and analyses the data for deviations/abnormal events and prepare a draft note about the deviations and abnormal events for review by the occupier.

(iii) To check the various approvals relating to policy matters, Expansion plans, engineering design etc. received from the businesses before final signature of occupier.
