The primary objectives of the role are to research, analyze, write and present, customized reports basis the different client objectives. Individual must have excellent verbal and written skills. Being customer focus and flexible is must for the role.
- Conduct secondary using relevant and qualified sources across sectors
- Conduct data analysis to support research requests provided by the client
- Clarify request objectives with manager/group manager, as well as with requestors, ensuring superior customer service standards throughout all interaction
- Identify practical, timely and innovative research approaches; as needed
- Evaluate data quality/accuracy before each delivery
- Develop deep expertise in specialized research tools, databases and sources
- Consistently follow quality processes/practices
- Strong at PowerPoint presentations
- Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently with attention to details
- Working on the conceptualize and designed project methodology in close coordination with the manager
Skills Required:
- Masters/Bachelors degree from reputed universities, preferable in finance or engineering.
- Strong analytical skills and inter-personal communication experience
- Client-facing interactions / Strong client relationship management skills
- Fluent English, used in a business/professional context (written and spoken, a must)
- Experience in quality checking processes
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
- Databases usage (e.g. Capital IQ, Factiva, Thomson One, OneSource, etc.)
- Goal and target driven individual, flexible with shift timings
- Well versed with search tools and internet based research
