Qualification :

- MBAs from Tier -1 business schools (passout of 2011 only) having major in Finance/ Marketing/ International Business and who are seeking a career in Research.

- Good understanding of Business issues and competitive trends.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)

- Professional attitude and service orientation

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Superior problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills

- Willing to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment

Job Description :

- Conduct secondary and primary research through proprietary and third-party data sources and manage day-to-day workflow

- Package research findings in the form of client ready end products which could be power point presentations and/or business models

- Over time, participate in the Firm’s knowledge efforts by building and codifying Knowledge Information Products
