Business Program Manager - Consulting Firm

Key responsibilities

- Design and create process maps and documentation for existing and upcoming processes across various aspects of organization verticals

- Actively identify automation and process improvement opportunities in existing processes

- Own the end-to-end projects from ideation to execution, including requirements-gathering, design, build, measurement, and iteration

- Drive special projects to roll out the solution to enterprise clients

- Collaborate with Product Engineering and Operations team to ensure scalability accuracy and data integrity

Key requirements

- Has at least 5 years of experience in a Program Management / Business Operations or similar position.

- Prior experience of working with a management consulting firm is preferred

- Ability to bring in structure to disparate processes and automate manual processes

- Ability to foresee risks and take ownership of correction by collaborating with relevant stakeholders

- Self-starter and great communication skills
