Business Product Manager

Job Description : Understanding of journeys, customer requirement, removal of friction points and will work with the business teams to build world class products which meet the needs of millions of small business owners in the country.

Client Details : Fast growing Series A funded Fintech organization based out of Delhi NCR.

Description :

- Working on financial feasibility, positioning, marketing and sales

- Working with cross-functional teams (sales collections, credit, operations) to reimagine an intelligent multi -channel credit process

- Working closely with the business heads and other stakeholders to formulate and execute the product road map

- Understanding the product as well as overall business processes such as risk, finance, settlements, logistics, KYC regulations/compliance etc. especially in BFSI/Fintech ecosystem.

Profile :

- Minimum 4-6 Years of strong Product Development & Management background preferably in e-Commerce / Fintech / Banking / non banking industry.

- Extra-ordinary skills in crisis management, inter-personal communication, collaboration and team work.
- Master of multiple tasking. Takes on initiatives and challenges

- Passion for Results: High degree of commitment with bias for execution excellence

- Self-starter, multitasker and team player.

- Attention to detail, strong design aesthetics, high on ownership and comfortable in a fast paced environment.

- Should have research-based approach to problem solving.
