Who you are :

As a Congnitive / Business Process Consultant you will be handling solution, solution defense and delivery management of advisory work in the area of Finance Transformation for marques clients across industries

What you'll do :

Business Development : Developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients, organizing and leading pursuit teams, participating and leading aspects of the proposal development and defense process.

Domain Development : Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.

Project Delivery : Managing engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, managing account receivables, defining deliverable content, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.

People Development : Performing the role of counselor and coach, providing input and guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities.

Location: Mumbai , India

Up to 100% or 5 days a week (home on weekends - based on project requirements)

- 12+ years of relevant experience in management consulting domain including domains like business planning, EBITA improvement, process transformation and operating model development for enterprises and business functions

- Should be an expert in advisory and consultancy service having demonstrated experience of working with CXOs in client organizations for shaping their business strategies and assisting them in implementing strategies for transformation

- Proficiency in analyzing, interpreting qualitative & quantitative information and deriving strategies, operational improvement, operating models and recommending forward-looking Digital environment to support client's business strategies

- Post graduate in management

- At least 10 years of management consulting experience in India

- Proven Communication skills with an ability to communicate to all levels of an organization

- Travel is required ( approx. 50 % )
