Experience :
- 8 years + of Data Management
- Knowledge of industry /technology and strategy
- Qualified results when assessment of business impacts to process and systems.
- In depth of process design and requirements management
- Plus
- EBS experience
III. Key Responsibilities :
End to End Process Management :
- Managing the analysis of the existing process/systems to recommend and implement changes within the D domain
- Assist with the Application Roadmap planning and development
Master Data Management :
- Responsible for the maintenance and further development of the Master Data structures
- Quality Reviews and documentation
Support technology projects and Functional MS implementation :
- In collaboration with the Global Head, lead the successful completion of assigned projects specific to the development of technology/Process to support business needs.
- Actively participate in the successful functional implementation of, and updates to, a variety of technologies including but not limited to, EBS and other integrated systems.
- Business documentation and supporting plans :
Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships and gain consensus with all internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as a conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers
- Raise issues for action inclusive of description of the issue, comprehensive analysis of options and recommendation for remediation;
- Participate in MS Detail Team meetings ensuring broader needs and are included as part of the analysis process to reach the most effective and efficient use of the MS.
II. Attributes :
- A Business Process Manager should be able to identify and create a business process, which is a formalized set of tasks and activities that helps accomplish specific business objectives. They should also be able to discern between a business process and a series of steps captured on a flow chart. Responsibility of a Business Process Manager is to analyze the steps in question to determine if they consist of a simple series of activities or an actual business process.
- Business Process Managers typically have a vision of the big picture. They understand that enhancing process effectiveness may not be a one-time endeavor, and that meaningful change typically requires continuous improvement. This holistic approach to process innovation also requires process managers who understand that changing one step in the process can impact other process activities.
- Redesigning business processes typically involves more than just rearranging the steps on a flow chart. It requires the ability to change the hearts and minds of employees affected by the change. Evaluating, designing and controlling business processes alone would likely be incomplete if the employees who are impacted by it oppose and resist the change. Process managers engage employees to inspire and empower them to provide input into process change. They encourage employees to embrace the new process once it is implemented.
