Business Process Management Consultant - Real Estate Sector - Consulting Firm - Contractual

Our client, a top-tier consulting firm, is looking for a Business Process Management resource with prior experience of working in the real estate industry to support them on this project.

Below summarises the responsibilities of the consultant:

- Conducting a thorough analysis of existing processes to identify areas of inefficiency, bottlenecks, and waste

- Creating new processes that are more efficient, streamlined, and effective in achieving business objectives. This may involve the creation of process maps, flowcharts, and other documentation to outline the new process

- Ensuring the successful implementation of new processes, including making changes to technology systems and training staff on the new process

- Tracking and measuring the performance of new and existing processes, analysing data, and identifying areas for further improvement

- Continuously improving and optimising processes to ensure that they remain efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives

- Ensuring that all processes are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

- Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, including management, staff, and clients, to ensure that processes are designed and executed in a way that meets their needs

An ideal candidate would have:

- 5 to 10 years of experience in business process management

- Prior experience working in the real estate industry

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 4-month contract with a high possibility of extension. As this is a client- facing role, the selected consultant would be required to relocate to Abu Dhabi for this project.
