Roles & Responsibilities :
- Interact with multiple levels of management and employees and be able to document existing processes, manage and analyze data, and recommend enhanced business processes
- Create SOP's & Process documents based on inputs from stakeholders
- Maintain inventory of business processes and coordinate updates to the inventory working with various Operations department teams.
- Liaison with functional stakeholders to define end-to-end processes for new product / process rollout
- Drive process mapping standardization for the organization with an objective of optimizing business performance and to enable risk identification & mitigation
- Conduct periodic process assessments to validate deployment, compliance to SOP's and check performance
- Identify and initiate opportunities to improve and automate work processes aimed at increasing Operational efficiency, Improving customer service, Governance and control, increase in business, control in claims and leakages
- Handle the analysis and tracking of business processes using business process reengineering and improvement (BPR/BPI) methods and tools
- Get involved in Process Improvement using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
- Management of BPR & Innovation projects with timely updation of project status report within the team thereby ensuring effective and optimum resource planning
- Handle additional process related activities and projects as taken up by the organization
Key Requirements - Education & Certificates
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate
- Experience in Insurance Industry mandatory
- Experience in SOP and Process design mandatory
- Six Sigma Green Belt will be preferred, but not mandatory
