Job Title: Business Process Analyst (ERP Finance Consultant)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 7-12 Years

Must have:-

Candidate must be conversant with debit and credit & accounting entries and the accounting entries in different business processes.

Given a business process, must be able to replicate the same in fp7, check the process flow and ensure that the accounting entries are flowing correctly and properly.

Finance business processes.

Complete understanding of ERP and processes, especially understanding of accounting entries, tables, flow in ERP.

Establish and optimize business processes

Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations and or development specifications.

Create and maintain application documentation

Prepare test script documentation

Support and resolve ERP end users & key users queries

Investigate and solve problems in the ERP system and identify problems in the underlying business processes

Investigate, advise, testing, support & implement integrations of the ERP system with other applications

make suggestions for improvement of the ERP software set-up

Flexibility and availability for extending working hours - 24x7x365

Good to have: -

Experience in for BAAN v or BAAN ERP ln or other specific ERP system

Testing skills for the implemented solution

Understanding of principles of erp systems

Actively participation & support in erp implementations

Implement best practices

Others qualities: -

Working with the team member and perform individually in the performance of his/her activities, the business process analyst is bound to the ICT processes, manuals and documentation. the process descriptions must be approved by the process owner.

Reporting on work performed to the ICT manager

Assigning priorities in consultation with the ICT manager

Participate in BAAN solution testing:

Follow standard processes

Prepare test scripts, standard documentation, work instructions etc.

Review the current implemented system and suggest improvement if required.

Qualifications: CA/MBA/ICWA
