About our Client - Our client is one of the leading companies producing and marketing Polyester Films, Engineering Plastics and Specialty Polymers. The company is set to grow exponentially by way of production capacity and various innovative marketing and product development initiatives. As part of the company's growth plans overseas, a new plant is being set up in the Middle East which will predominantly cater to the MENA, Europe and US markets.

Job Description - Reporting to the Business Head of Specialty Polymers Business, you will:

- Closely coordinate with manufacturing (Plant) for effective (i) Material/Purchase Planning (ii) Production Planning to ensure timely production

- Closely coordinate with logistics for effective dispatch planning to ensure timely dispatches/shipments and keep customers updated on the same

- Closely coordinate with the project implementation team to ensure timely completion of various plant modification projects

- Closely coordinate with customer technical services team to (i) ensure timely complaints resolution (ii) provide technical solution

- Receive and analyze customer feedback on various products' performance

- Understand customer needs and provide inputs to respective teams for product development/ production

- Monitor/ analyze manufacturing cost of various products and provide inputs to Business

- Based on above analysis and in coordination with Business Head prepare business proposals and follow up with customers

- Provide inputs for preparation of 1-3 year Business Plan, Annual Budget, Forecasting Provide useful insight, market research based knowledge and analytical support for business growth, strategies and investments

The Successful Candidate - The successful applicant will be B.E. / B. Tech (Preferably Chemical/Mechanical) with 4-5 years in manufacturing set-up. A full time Management Degree (Marketing/Finance) will he highly preferred. You must have strong flair for analytics and strong orientation towards business process improvements. Excellent communication and ability to deal across all levels is a must of this role.
