Business Planning Manager - Real Estate

Cash Flow management & monitoring - 30%

- Monitoring cash flows on a regular basis

- Preparing cash flow projections and reviewing them on a fortnightly basis

- Analyzing and discussing the position of cash flow with various stakeholders

- Handle various valuation models especially relevant to equity valuation

Business Plan - 45%

- To establish Business Plan as organization goal monitoring tool with inputs from vital cross functions from respective heads

- To interact with Directors and other senior management for their guidance on BP

- To set up quarterly monitoring / review of BP as per actuals

- To set up BP as base for forward looking guidance on business / projects etc.

- To set up internal team reporting to CFO as separate vertical

Communication & Presentation & Reports 15%

- Handling ERP system as eventually data mining, report extracting and system development be needed

- MIS as needed by senior management like dashboard, comprehensive reports

Self Development - 10%
