Business Planning Manager - Merchant acquisition
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality, which includes acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data governance processes.
- Manage SE calendar and activity schedule with our internal/external teams and maintain the MoM
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns relating to key performance indicators in complex data sets
- Research/gather new features/offerings to keep ourselves differentiated from the competitions.
- Monitor cost to income, ensure profitability and new portfolio management activities
- Prepare and create reports for DSR to provide holistic view of daily performance of the team and Scorecard for pan India.
- High degree of professionalism in appearance and manner
- Keen eye for detail in terms of documentation.
- Good with presentation skills and numbers.
- Communication skills that allow to inform, help and advise stakeholders.
- High degree of confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations
- An ability to work well under pressure
- Good personal presentation especially when working with internal stakeholders.
- Minimum qualification of MBA from a good university/ B- school
Experience : 5 - 6 yrs in BPM preferably in Payments/ Cards business
