We are looking for an experienced individual who will be responsible for business planning, strategy, and data management for the customer success team. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention and not just meet but exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities :
- Develop, document, and implement business plans, processes and procedures.
- Develop presentations on business operations and developments.
- Support Customer success function for new and existing strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Managing end-to-end CRM journey for the Customer Success department.
- Assist in the development of business plans to achieve operational goals.
- Perform business and financial analysis across the department
- Identify project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity and quality.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Identify new opportunities to add business value.
- Research competition to identify threats and opportunities
- Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with the overall strategy
- Provide support and insight into significant departmental changes
- External and internal stakeholders management
- QnA check on all documentation and communication
- Managing data on Spreadsheets
Requirements :
- Proven working experience of 6+ years in business planning and program management.
- Expertise in handling projects over CRMs, HubSpot would be preferred.
- Experienced in handling cross-functional teams
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Proficiency in English - written and verbal
- Aptitude in networking and building relationships
- Ability to think strategically and lead
- Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
- Understanding of market research and data analysis
- Travel required 20%
