Key Accountabilities:
- Analysis, Business Planning & Budget, Campaign & Project Management, Management Scorecard & MIS.
- Analysis on various Quality Parameters like Persistency, Customer exit, Complaints, Feedbacks and Quality Parameters evaluation of Industry Competitors.
- Managing Business Planning & Budgeting activity for Persistency & Retention Department.
- Forecasting, propose and implementation of corrective measures to achieve set benchmarks.
- Providing strategic inputs, recommendations to Management & Cross-functional teams on basis effective and meaningful Analysis, business trend and performance.
- Creating meaningful strategic reports, presentations highlighting improvement area, performance trends for various functional meetings and management reviews.
- Suggestion & Implementation of Campaigns, Innovations, Best Practices to boost & strengthen the Persistency & Retention.
- Designing, Implementation & regular assessment of various Customer Engagement Strategies.
- Review on effectiveness of campaigns, schemes, strategies and restructure according to performance.
- Successfully competed and working on various projects to improve renewal collection, to improve process and operational efficiency.
