Business Planning Analyst - Data Analytics

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including market research, customer feedback, and financial reports.

- Translate complex data into actionable insights to support business planning and decision-making.

- Prepare comprehensive reports, including financial statements (P&L, B/S), cash flow analysis, and performance metrics.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and propose data-driven improvements.

Business Planning and Strategy:

- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities and challenges.

- Participate in annual, medium-term, and long-term business planning processes.

- Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards goals.

- Formulate data-driven strategies to improve sales, profitability, and ROI.

Communication and Collaboration:

- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including leadership, sales teams, and headquarters.

- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles.

- Experience with business planning processes (desired).

- MBA or equivalent qualification (preferred).

- Strong sense of ownership and a proactive work style
