Position: Business Planning & Analysis

Experience: 3+ years

Job role:

1. Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, customers, vendors, Cash Flow and capital expenditures

2. Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance. Detailed Variance Analysis.

3. City P&L, analysis of the same and discussion for the same with responsible persons.

4. Capability to work with functional heads to take the logical inputs from them on various parameters to build the short term and long term plans.

5. Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools

6. Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

7. Quarterly and Monthly Financial report. Implement and work on Dashboard reports

8. Analyze financial information and reporting.

9. Working with Business intelligence and business development team for insights.

10. Working with City Operation Heads and Business Analyst's on various KPI's.

11. Capability to exploit the various data warehouses and increase the efficiency of the organisation.

Soft and Technical Skills:-

1. Great analytical skills

2. Good communications and interpersonal skills

3. Knowledge of tally / MS office / MS Word.

4. Detail and number oriented

Desired qualification:-

MBA from tier I institute with basic knowledge of financial reporting or Chartered Accountant with 3 - 6 years of experience.
