About our Client - Our client is a major global financial services provider engaged in retail banking, credit cards, corporate and investment banking with an extensive international presence in Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia. With over 125,000 employees spread across 35+ countries they are currently looking for a technically strong BP&A professional to join their shared services setup as an Manager.

Job Description - Reporting to a Senior manager, you will be responsible for :

- Participating in the costing of various projects undertaken by the entity in order to challenge costs with the aim to drive process/project efficiencies

- Developing and delivering reports to Stakeholders and distributing them on a timely basis

- Managing the report change control process and influencing the rationalization of reports

- Managing the monthly operations timetable

- Developing and monitoring performance metrics through an internal monthly scorecard

- Creating and maintaining standard report layout and format Challenging reporting requirements:

- Purpose, validity, content owners, data items, sources and distribution

- Building strong relationships with data suppliers to ensure accurate and complete data is received

- Daily communication of data and report availability to customers for analytic purposes.

The Successful Candidate - You must be a Commerce graduate with 7+ Years experience or CA/CPA/MBA or equivalent having 5+ Years experience in a BP&A. As a professional you should have excellent interpersonal skills with some past experience of team handling within an MNC environment.
