Purpose of the Job:

- As a Business Performance Manager, you will work in a Performance management and Analytics team that develops, builds, manages and continuously improves the KPI performance related to SCM, Operations, IT and others in order to achieve strategic and operational goals and ensure business competitiveness.

- This role comes with high visibility and offers good opportunities for further development steps. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Business Performance Manager.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the setup and ongoing development of the Performance Management and Analytical process to ensure the competitiveness of the company by closely collaborating with management team of GSCM, Operations, IT and other departments.
- One of your main tasks will be to actively contribute to the development of the "continuous improvement" culture within PM&A team. This includes Coordinating and leading a collaborative approach with the involved organizations esp. in the definition of KPIs as well as the analysis, reporting, improvement, evaluation and benchmarking process.
- One of your main focuses is the development of meaningful and user-friendly reports and dashboards. You have a strong theoretical and practical knowledge in the area of UI/UX and have high demands on the quality of reports. You will pass on these demands and this knowledge to our development team.
- As an expert, you will work with internal customers to define KPI requirements and translate them into the language of our own development team. You validate, prioritize and lead the projects with in PM&A organization. Additionally, you will manage sub-projects, workstreams and larger work packages in projects.
- You will also lead the weekly and monthly cycle of performance management reports/meetings with KPI owners/stakeholders and communication of dashboards/reports.
- Finally, facilitate activities related to performance management. This may include ad hoc coaching, project support, training, documentation, networking activities, etc.
Education:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering (with a focus on supply chain, IT, math/statistics or economics).
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of work experience as Performance manager in FMCG or in a consulting firm.
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
- Professional experience in supply chain performance or process management (Six Sigma / APICS certification desired).
- Proven skills and cross-functional experience with international projects. Ability to lead improvement/optimization efforts.
- Strong data literacy and knowledge of data analysis, math/statistics for performance management required.
- Proficient in advanced data analysis for data-driven decision making.
- Ability to develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs for performance tracking and improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration and goal alignment.
- Experienced in process improvement recommendations for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively in English with both technical and non-technical audiences.
