Position: HR Business Partnering Lead and HR Projects Role (Leading MNC Manufacturing Company)
Role:
- The role is a mix of leading HR Business Partnering for multiple BUs as well to work on HR Projects initially. If the candidate performs well then the role may move into a Leadership role in HR
- Driving smooth implementation of all the HR policies, practices and processes for consistent and sustainable delivery in line with the business strategies and values.
Manpower Planning, Staffing & Recruitment:
- To design and implement programs, processes, policies necessary to attract, recruit, induct & on-board talent for ensuring an effective manning of the structure.
- To design, recommend and implement optimal organization structures for current and future business needs
- To ensure optimal staffing for the structures through an effective manpower planning and review mechanism including forecast of manpower requirements and fulfillment through an effective mix of internal growth & mobility and external recruitment.
- Capability Building, Learning and Development, Career Planning, Managing Performance
- To build the capabilities of the organization and its people through various initiatives and programs focusing on a competency-based learning approach.
- To design and deploy an effective career management framework while managing the aspirations of the talent in the organization; facilitate career conversations and succession planning initiatives.
- Deploy an effective Performance Management system that facilitates & enhances the business performance
- Employee Engagement, Nurturing Values & Culture,
- Championing Employee issues, Grievance and Disciplinary issues management
- To formulate and implement programs and processes for ensuring Employee Engagement with a high level of involvement of the people in their jobs
- To encourage programs beyond work that foster a healthy, fun-filled work environment and facilitate interactions across teams/businesses beyond work
- Compensation & Benefits Program Management, Rewards & Recognition, Policies & Processes, HRIS and Reporting
- To develop fair and transparent compensation and benefits programs rewarding performance while being consistent with the Group policy and market practices.
- To ensure effective recognition programs beyond pay and benefits for recognizing the extra discretionary efforts, exemplary performance & behaviors and encouraging an appreciation culture.
- To ensure an effective HR system addressing all the information management needs.
- Ensure regular HR reporting to stakeholders for effective decision making
- HR policy & process management & communication
Requirements:
- MBA (HR)
- 10+ yrs of experience in HR with a mix of experience in HR Business Partnering as well experience in HR COE functions
- Should have handled teams
- Preferably should have worked in a professional process oriented manufacturing organisation
- Good communication and people management skills
Location: Mumbai
