Business Partner for a DTH co. in Delhi from Tier 1 College

Major Responsibilities :

- Talent Acquisition for North region

- Arranging for advertisement of job vacancies in various channels such as newspapers, hiring portals.

- Coordinating with external consultants with respect to open positions and ensuring good quality resumes to be short-listed.

- Conducting recruitment drives and walk-in interviews through collaboration with business heads.

- Maintaining recruitment MIS and handling the entire paperwork from sourcing till joining and ensuring authenticity at all times.

- Interviewing and testing of applicants, and selection of staff.

- Communication with applicants and shortlisted candidates to convey the Employee Value proposition as well as explaining the salary structure to ensure transparency and a higher probability of candidate joining.

- Conducting the new-joinee orientation programs as part of the induction module. etc.
