Key Accountabilities
To ensure appropriate advice and support is provided to business partners in the area of their skilled interest and within the scope of Company's capabilities and process.
Effectively interact with Company's Management and Leadership Team to contribute to the development and implementation of business partner's strategies, initiatives and frameworks.
Ensure the appropriate involvement of Company's Business partner network in communicating with the relevant Company's practice heads in support of training and development activities.
Effectively line manage - provide direction, advice, coaching and development support to Company's business partners to enable them to effectively manage their portfolio business relationship on Training.
Ensure to get more effective partners across regions to make the partner model dynamic
Ensure appropriate development of ownership to the development of managing partner accounts and also contribute to the development of Partner Sales team by acting as mentor/coach where appropriate.
Provide and/or ensure specialist support, advices and guidance as required by the business underpinning both change and growth activities towards partner eco system
A high level of ability to plan and organise to complete assigned tasks, as well as balancing conflicting internal and external demands and pressures.
The ability to be self-directed and motivated - demonstrating a proactive and innovative approach with a high level of passion and interest.
Demonstrate experience in leading business partner's team to achieve results in terms of revenue, student days and customer satisfaction.
The presence and composure to respond professionally and effectively to the needs of business partners, customers, internal team members including proven experience in communicating, and negotiating.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong facilitations skills and a high level of self-awareness.
Ability to develop and maintain highly effective contacts, relationship and network with individuals and groups inside and outside the organisation. Be able to demonstrate appropriate levels of confidentiality and discretion.
