JOB PURPOSE :
The communication BP would be responsible for a range of responsibilities related to content and messaging. The incumbent would develop communication that may be delivered in multiple formats including via email, online, print distribution, video, or other mediums. The incumbent may also play a role in social media campaigns and would often collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to develop communications goals and messaging strategy, and then identify the best tactics to deliver that information.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Works with business functions to shape and execute external & internal communications, aligning internal and executive messaging with company's mission, vision, values, cultural goals, and business strategy.
- Work is close partnership with relevant departments and senior stakeholders to execute communication initiatives and projects from concept to delivery.
- Co-ordinate and produce employee communications.
- Maintain an appropriate communications calendar in coordination with stakeholders and develop quotes from people, write stories, produce videos, and contribute to content on the intranet.
- Support leadership and company meetings and other events. Work collaboratively to craft the message and program through agenda, speaker selection, and logistics.
- Support the companie's evolving listening program to ensure that our actions and communications respond to staff aspirations and concerns.
- Advise stakeholders on communications issues and best practices.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of company's communications strategy to reinforce our culture as well as understanding of company's global business.
- Serve as communications partner, drive alignment and engagement around financial commitments and long-term strategic objectives.
