Business Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for passionate Business Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our business.

Basically to manage :

- Supply side planning

- Demand side planning

- Process improvements - which is everything between supply and demand

- Oversee complete offline Business operations, supply chain, forecasting and demand planning.

- Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Monitor and report on key operational metrics, such as order fulfilment rates, shipping times, and customer response times.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, including marketing, product management.

Qualifications and Skill :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- Proven experience in operations, Demand & Supply cycle planning, order fulfilment, and customer service management.
