The Business Operations Manager reports to the Vice President, and is responsible for managing the global portfolio. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in organization planning and effectiveness, business support, and program management.
Responsibilities:
- Plays a significant role in long-term planning, organizational strategy and developing initiatives geared towards operational excellence
- Improves the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - such as management reporting, information flow management, business processes, and organizational planning
- Oversees monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of department- 's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals
- Responsible for supporting compliance and audits
- Manages and increases the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (Vendor Management, HR, IT and Finance), through coordination and communication between support and business function.
- Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:
- Masters in Business Administration
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and analytical skills
- High comfort around Sr. Management
- Organized and self-motivated with attention to detail
- Able to work effectively with global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment is essential
