Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze forecasted volume and staffing coverage to ensure service delivery targets are consistently met.
- Provide real-time monitoring on report delivery and proactively identify potential delays to avoid missed deadlines.
- Assist management in report generation and ensure timely delivery to meet workflow requirements.
- Participate in creating internal and external reports for senior leadership, presenting insights and data visualizations.
- Cleanse and normalize large datasets to ensure accuracy and facilitate data analysis.
Operations Management & Support:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations to streamline workflows and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Manage and anticipate the broader needs of management, providing proactive support and solutions.
Vendor Management:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure effective service delivery and adherence to agreements.
Process & Technology:
- Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency and quality.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and reporting tools to gather data, conduct analysis, and generate reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a business operations or data analyst role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management
