What we are looking for
We are looking for a rockstar Analyst for the Operations team who will play a critical role in ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the business are efficient, effective, and aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders within the organisation to identify areas of improvement and opportunities within internal business operations. You will also be responsible for building a strong performance-driven culture with a strong data-driven mindset through appropriate interventions, as well as implementing the strategy that aligns with overall business goals while strengthening the overall operational and financial health of the organisation.
You will play a critical role in The Yarn Bazaar's transition from a start-up to a scaleup and be a key role in this hyper-growth journey.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and Improving Processes: Analyze and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of various business processes identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement. - Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to business operations using different tools to perform data analysis and create reports that summarize the findings. - Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities helping prepare financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Project Management: Manage small to medium-sized projects related to business operations collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in supply, demand, customer success, and supply chain teams
- Training and Support: Responsible for training and supporting other team members on new processes and tools related to business operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and requirements related to business operations
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to business operations and help develop risk management plans and processes to minimize potential losses
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business operations and help develop and implement new processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organisation in supply, demand, customer success, and supply chain teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to identify problems and inefficiencies within the organisation and find solutions
- Strong data-driven mindset capable of analysing massive amounts of data, analysing performance using metrics, and effectively communicating results to cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
- MBA or B.Tech from a tier-1 or tier-2 school, freshers preferred
