Job Description:

As the Business & Operational Head for our new factory, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction and overseeing day-to-day operations of the facility. This is a unique opportunity to be a key driver in establishing and growing a critical part of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the business strategy for the new factory, aligned with overall company goals.

- Oversee the end-to-end operational aspects of the facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.

- Lead cross-functional teams, including production, supply chain, and quality assurance, to meet production targets.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.

- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement, cost optimization, and sustainability in operations.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to strategic decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- 10-15 years of experience in a leadership role in manufacturing operations, with a proven track record of success.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

- Experience in establishing and leading operations in a new facility is a plus.
