Role: Location Head of US Operations.

The Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

- Responsible for overall operations of the business, have general supervision of the affairs of the Corporation, and all other duties as are incident to position as Location Head of US operations, his office and as required by the law.

- Sales and Business Development Activity for Selling and aggressively growing Engineering Services Business in entire North America region. He would be responsible to identify and generate the leads and pursue the end-to-end Sales activities for achieving the Sales and Margin targets.

- Client interaction, understanding the client / customer expectations and liaison between the engineering team (onsite or offshore in India) and client for successful project execution.

- Attending Sales call, Client Review Meetings and Management Review meetings in person or web-meetings.

- Receivables collection & follow-up with client.

- Liaison with payroll and accounting firm for US based employee payroll, client invoicing and accounting requirements.

- Provide first line of the Administrative and HR support to onsite engineers deployed at various client locations in North America. Approx. 15-20 nos onsite engineers in first year and later growing aggressively.

- Make budget, business plans for the board approval.

- Decide Growth Strategy and monitor it’s implementation
