Business marketing role for the Banking, Financial services and Insurance
- The person will be responsible to build the brand and help drive demand using internal and external marketing engines and influencers. The business provides solutions to banking, capital markets & securities and insurance customers across the globe.
- This business unit provides a fantastic opportunity for innovative and 360 degree marketing to make the brand even bigger and better. The person will closely work with the BFSI Business and the Marketing eco-system. The position is based in Bangalore.
Job Description :
- Drive demand through Solution / Theme Based Marketing campaigns and focused events
- Take the business themes to the Market - Build impactful solution marketing campaigns to push the business themes to the TG using internal and external marketing engines
Events :
- Participation in Client hosted and trade events, drive customer experience and customer traffic to the events, create the messaging and generate leads.
- Take marketing into accounts
- Enhance Client perception in key accounts
- Increase wallet share by driving Deal intervention campaigns and cross sell campaigns into top accounts
- Enhance Customer relationship and experience and increase customer advocacy
- Drive demand and build the brand through content, thought leadership and increased media presence.
Positioning & Messaging Architecture :
- Create a differentiated positioning and the marketing assets for the business and its key big bets( theme/ solution/ service offering)
- Make the Thought Leadership more engaging, relevant and take it closer to our customer communities and media.
- Re purpose content to suit multiple media engines ( Social media, relevant industry publications)
- Create and build promotions campaigns for customer case studies / customer success stories
- Increase influencer Connect
Analyst Relations :
- Map key analysts and help build effective relationships between business stakeholders and the analyst community
- Enhance the brand within the analyst community- Drive positive movement on analyst surveys and interactions and share success stories and relevant thought leadership
- Run the Analyst based marketing program for the business.
- Market Intelligence and Internal Process
Marketing Communications :
- Both external and internal
- Gather insights from Industry trends and reports
- Garner account intelligence
- Institutionalize processes and make them repeatable
- Vendor and agency management
- Marketing workshops for better business and marketing alignment
- Marketing operations
Key Qualities Desired :
- Ability to get the job done, Ownership, Persistence, Adaptability, Attention to detail, Ability to effectively collaborate with business & marketing teams, Being a change agent, Create work that will get admired, replicated, used and creates an impact
Requirements :
- 8 to 12 years of relevant marketing work experience
- Basic marketing aptitude and skills
- Brand & Marcom experience
- Exposure to B2B brand building l Understanding of the vertical and technology
