Business/Marketing Head - Car Rental/Travel/BPO

Position : Head Marketing (Only Male candidates)

Experience : Preferably from Car rental background/Travel/BPO

Education : MBA

Reports To : COO

Salary : Upto 10 L + other Benefits

Skills : Good Communication Skills is a must

Job Profile :

- Design the annual marketing plan digital-Online and monitor strict adherence and implementation as per the timelines. Regularly review and amend, if required launch and promote new services

- Create and maintain strategic tie-ups with relevant brands (Airlines, Banks, Payment Solution providers, Hotels and Telecom Companies) to increase brand spread and improve consumer experience

- Design processes to ensure constant customer interaction and delivery of right quality of product and experience to the customer

- Design processes to collect consumer feedback at various touch points (POS, Website and Contact Centre) to understand consumer behavior and develop targeted promotions at POS level

- Develop a complete resource pool of agencies i.e. Advertising Agency, PR Agency, Printers and other suppliers on the basis of quality of Plan and coordinate with Advertising and PR agencies for planning, finalization and execution of Advertising campaigns

- Ensure strict adherence to international brand guidelines for internal / external communication

- Plan & implement B2C & B2B business plan.
