About the Client :
Our client is one the leading players in the Education-Technology space working towards building interactive learning methodologies targeted towards students and teachers to be able to help students learn better.
Responsibilities :
- Support sales and marketing campaigns with audience insights derived from secondary research
- Research and summarize industry reports on monthly basis for the top management; Setup industry news alerts and feed the daily report to all business teams
- Prepare competitive analysis in EdTech domain. Track competitor activities across website, social media, industry events, and partnerships. Analyze their key messaging and marketing campaigns
- Study the needs, barriers and success factors of our audience - parents, and school teachers in USA through primary and secondary research. Identify key hooks for each audience
- Identify sales and marketing cycles based on our customers- purchase behavior
- Collaborate with the marketing analytics team to understand the customer behaviour on various platforms. Present new ideas and insights to the management on regular basis
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in Sales enablement, Consumer Insights, Secondary Research. MBA preferred
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
- Data-driven decision mentality and ability to derive insights using analytical thinking
- Candidates from IIT, IIM, and other Tier-1 colleges preferred
