As the Business Manager - Strategy & Planning, your role involves pitching to new clients with strategy & plans for hyper local advertising, on-boarding clients through set up on our tool & then handing over the client to partner success team for continuous engagement.
What you will do:
- Planning & delivering on business KPIs ( Media Spends & Revenue )
- Creating, managing and owning annual, quarterly and monthly forecast of the company's sales revenue that will directly be reported to the Director Enterprise Sales
- Identifying and analyzing new business opportunities for the company's SaaS solution, and managing target-specific pipelines
- Pitching for new business using the right consultative approach, strategy & planning for activating hyper local campaigns for clients.
- Developing client relationships to ensure the long-term success of the business and lead initiatives to drive client engagement
- Following & maintaining an efficient and streamlined invoicing process, and timely collection of receivables
- Creating and managing industry/ geography specific Sales collaterals (e.g. Pitch Decks, Case Studies, Videos etc.) in standard formats
- Engaging with a partner management team of Google.
- Working closely with the Partner Success team to onboard a new client & hand over once the account is set up for operations & reading to scale up.
- Leading training & development of sales teams evangelizing the proprietary product & Google Ad Products.
What you need to have:
- Minimum education qualification - Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institute.
- Post Graduate Degree in Management will be an advantage.
- Relevant Work Experience of 4-7 Years in digital planning & servicing preferably focused on performance-based campaigns through Googles Advertising Platforms / Mar-tech / Ad-tech firm.
- Excellent pitching & presentation skills.
- Candidates who have experience in a SAAS business will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote; conceptual understanding of SEM/Google Analytics/AdWords a huge plus
- Is social, has strong relationship building skills, is flexible and comfortable with ambiguity
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
