Business Manager - Strategy - Corporate Banking - Bank - IIT/IIM

We are looking for someone with an IIT - IIM background and exceptional academic achievements for a critical role within the Corporate Banking role in a top Indian Private Sector Bank. The following are the key requirements :

- Need someone with 6 to 10 years experience post MBA from IIM or other Top Tier B School

- Experience in Strategy with a Big 4 will be preferred

- Need someone who has exceptional communication skills and past experience of dealing with CXO level professionals

- An innovative mindset with experience in building IT systems that can be leveraged for a Digital build up of organisation wise critical performance and strategic indicators. Past experience in developing similar models would be given high weightage

- Lower experience of 2-5 years can be considered for a junior level role within the same team
